30-Day Return Policy
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received it
- In its original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

- We will review your request and provide return instructions
- Items returned without prior approval cannot be accepted
Refund and Exchange Options
- For most approved returns, we offer a store credit or product exchange
- If the item is defective or significantly not as described, a full refund will be provided after inspection
Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or faulty item)
- Please note that return postage may be higher than the original shipping cost, depending on the courier and parcel size
Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns for the following:
- Opened food, treats, or edible products
- Sale items and gift cards
Pre-Shipment Cancellations
- Orders not yet dispatched can be cancelled for a full refund
- If we are unable to fulfill your order due to stock availability, a full refund will be issued automatically
Returns After 30 Days
Return requests made after 30 days may not be accepted or may incur additional return or restocking fees.
Missed Deliveries
If delivery fails due to the recipient being unavailable, we will assist in arranging redelivery.
